The February entrance examination application documents are available.  The applications are accepted from 9AM to 3PM on Jan 5 through Jan 7 at the Gakumubu-Kyouikukikakuka dept of the University.  The examination is on Feb 1 and 2.  The results will be announced Feb. 17, 2010.
